Mouth breathing and Acne

People who breath through their mouths instead of their nose are more likely to suffer from acne.

Mouth breathing causes inflammation:

Inflammation is a huge factor in acne.

If you breath through your mouth, teach yourself to breath through your nose instead. Meditating for 30 minutes/day can help train the body. Ultimately though, you will likely find surgery to be your best option.
