  1. Definitely cures. I was on 300mg for ABPA. I’ve always had bad skin. While I was on Voriconazole my skin totally cleared up and was beautiful. I stopped taking it for a week due to an operation and my acne flared up. When I started taking them again my skin cleared. I stopped taking it permanently a few weeks ago and my spots are back. The drug made my skin really sensitive to the sun and my hands and face would burn really easily without sun-screen.
